Refund and Return Policy

At Closet Orbit, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to make returns and refunds as simple as possible.

1. Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Final sale items, intimates, and accessories may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at returns@o.joseph05@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we’re not responsible for items lost during return transit.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.
